- UNTAGGED tags come in 5 different shapes: round, diamond, square, hexagon and bone. An addition tear-drop shape is available in our baby tag collection only.
- We offer different types of metals: brass, copper and aluminium. A tarnish-resistant metal called Pewter is available in our baby tag collection only.
- We use clips only for the tags, instead of split rings. It allows for easy removal for cleaning or interchanging between belongings.
- All tags are handmade hence no 2 tags will look the same.

Order lead times are 5-7 business days at present. Expect the tag within 7-10 for regular post and 1-3 business days for express. International postage will be a minimum of 14 days.

Copper followed by brass then aluminium.
We recommend purchasing brass or aluminium if you live near the sea side.

Unfortunately not, the scratches cannot be removed. During the creation of our tags, it is common for the product to acquire hair line scratches. However I feel it adds a vintage & industrial look to the tag. 

Currently we offer Credit card , AfterpAy and Paypal payment options.

In this circumstance, we would recommend sending us an email with your concerns and we will assess on a case by case basis. In general, we do not offer refunds as all final products are carefully checked prior to postage. Loss of shine/tarnish are not valid reasons for returns or compensation. In addition, broken clips are not compensated as our clips have been strength tested and are made of stainless steel.

Yes, for 2 tags or more, we offer the recipient with a Golden Tag voucher. This will allow you to purchase an addition order for 50% off.

The expiry of the Golden Tag is 2 months.
